How do you select which products to offer?

Are your supplements third-party tested?
Yes, all supplements in our store undergo comprehensive third-party testing for purity, potency, and safety. This includes testing for heavy metals, microbiological contaminants, and verification that the active ingredients match what's on the label.
Do your products contain allergens like gluten, dairy, or soy?
Each product has different formulations. We clearly label all potential allergens on each product page. Many of our supplements are free from common allergens, but please always check the specific product details or contact us if you have concerns about particular allergens.
Where are your supplements manufactured?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental United States. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout. International shipping times vary by location, generally taking 7-14 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes that may apply.
Is shipping free?
We offer free standard shipping on all US orders over $50. For orders under $50, a flat shipping rate of $5.99 applies. International shipping rates vary based on location and order weight.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also view your order status and tracking information in your account dashboard.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price (excluding shipping fees).
How do I initiate a return?
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at returns@healthpioneer.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with a return authorization and instructions for sending the product back.
Can I return opened products?
Yes, we accept returns of opened products if you're not satisfied with them. However, we can only accept returns of products that are no more than 50% consumed.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive your returned item(s), we'll process your refund within 3-5 business days. Depending on your payment method and financial institution, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Do you offer subscription options for regular deliveries?
Yes, many of our products are available as subscriptions with delivery every 30, 60, or 90 days. Subscribers save 15% on each order and can pause, skip, or cancel their subscriptions at any time.
How do I manage my subscription?
You can manage all aspects of your subscription through your account dashboard. This includes changing delivery frequency, skipping deliveries, updating payment methods, and canceling subscriptions.
Do I need to create an account to make a purchase?
No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders, save favorite products, manage subscriptions, and earn rewards points.
Is there a loyalty or rewards program?
Yes, our Health Pioneer Rewards program lets you earn points on purchases, referrals, and social media engagement. Points can be redeemed for discounts on future orders. Create an account to automatically enroll in the program.
